My Lip Stuff

November My Lip Stuff Order

Placed: 12 November 2007
Received: 16 November 2007
Ordered: Winter Cake $2.00; 3 Pack Stocking Stuffer $5.75
S&H: $6.00 USPS Priority

In July, I received some lip balm from My Lip Stuff in that month’s TLBB. I didn’t use it immediately because I had another tube of lip balm that I was working on. When I did finally use it, I fell in love. It goes on very, very smooth. Since then, I have received two more tubes through TLBB and LC. When I checked out their site and their Limited Edition Holiday Lip Balms, I knew I had to order some as gifts for Christmas.
I placed my on Monday. By Friday, I had my order. Great TAT, even though S&H is rather high for how small the products are.
Winter Cake: This is a gift, so I can’t open it and smell it. It is a brand new scent, and from what I have heard, it is a very nice wintery foody scent.
3 Pack Stocking Stuffer: By ordering some of my lip balm this way, I saved a quarter (not a big amount, but not bad – the more lip balms you order in a set, the cheaper they get). The three I ordered were Yellow Snow, Reindeer Poop, and Frost Bite. The first two are for my boyfriend since he is always borrowing my lip balm. I figured if I got him some of the gag ones, he might find them “manly” enough to actually carry. Yellow Snow is actually Bavarian Crème scent and Reindeer Poop is Brown Sugar & Fig. Frost Bite is Peppermint Latte, but I ordered it for myself simply because of the penguin on the label.
I love My Lip Stuff’s wide variety of scents and their cute labels on the limited edition products, but I felt shipping was a little high.

Hi, just a random surfer. :) But I thought I'd let you know about the My Lip Stuff sample shipping option? You can purchase up to 9 tube balms and it will count as a "sample" order, thereby letting you have cheaper shipping...
Hope that helps!

Thanks for explaining how the samples work. I was really confused when I was trying to figure that out on the My Lip Stuff website. Now I know for next time.
